‘Is this property any good?’ That is a key question from buyers and, while simple enough, the value of having an independent evaluation can be huge. Are the building bones good enough to renovate? Can we do what we want to from a planning perspective? Would I be overcapitalising here? Are there better options on the market or possibly coming in the future? Is this property easily repeatable? Adam can answer these questions promptly for you.
